As part of the rejuvenation of Rotterdam’s old harbor area of Katendrecht, known for its sailors’ bars and whorehouses, the city commissioned a combined art and lighting project. The winner was ‘Broken Light’ by lighting designer Rudolf Teunissen of Daglicht & Vorm.
