On June 11th at 10.30 am, Gabe Marino and I will be holding the first online event of the Quincy Club, our high school outreach program. The mission of the Quincy Club is to give Dutch high school students insight into American culture, politics and history, with a different theme each year. This time, Gabe will be talking about California, famous for the Gold Rush, Hollywood, the music industry… and now Big Tech. The event is free for the schools – and anyone can join in, either via de Zoom webinar link which will be up on our website www.john-adams.nl, or via the livecast at www.dezwijger.nl.
