Architectural Record Houses 2004: Bed to balcony in a semikinetic facade
Gabriela Seifert and Götz Stöckmann convinced the town of Gelnhausen to let them build a home and studio in the medieval center. A section of the facade rolls out like a drawer to form a balcony.
